Buy purchasing this Course in Nan Sterman’s Garden School (the “Course”), I agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Compete: I agree not to use any of the materials, content, or information provided within the Course to create, develop, or promote my own coaching program, course, or educational services that compete with Nan Sterman’s Garden School. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Course’s materials as a basis for creating similar content or offerings.
- No Refunds: I understand and agree that by enrolling in the Course, I am waiving my right to cancel and receive any refund after 30 days. I acknowledge that the Course’s content and materials are provided as-is.
- No Chargebacks: I understand and agree that by enrolling in the Course, I am waiving my right to any chargeback. I acknowledge that the Course’s content and materials are provided as-is, and I will not initiate any dispute of my purchase with my bank or credit card provider.
- Good Faith Participation: I agree to act in good faith throughout my participation in the Course. This includes diligently going through the provided content, attending coaching calls when possible, and being a supportive and positive voice within the Course’s community. I understand that my success in the Course is largely dependent on my own effort and engagement.
- Confidentiality: I agree to keep all information shared within the Course confidential and will not share any materials or content with individuals outside the Course without express written permission from Nan Sterman’s Garden School.
- Intellectual Property: I acknowledge that all materials and content provided within the Course are the intellectual property of Nan Sterman’s Garden School and its creators. I agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any of the Course’s content without prior written consent.
- Permission to Use Student Success: We love to celebrate the achievements of our students! By participating in this program, you have the opportunity to inspire others through the sharing of your journey and success. We may feature your contributions, such as community posts, projects, and results, in our marketing materials. By purchasing this Course, you grant us permission to use your images and testimonials shared within the community for promotional purposes. Rest assured, your images will not be sold and you retain full ownership of your assets. If you prefer not to have your work showcased, please let our support team know.
- By completing the purchase of the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this enrollment agreement.
